Cookies and local storage
This page describes the current technical set-up of nemik.io. It is pending legal review and does not replace the privacy policy.
What this website uses today
nemik.io does not set cookies and does not load analytics, heatmap, advertising or social media tools. All of its files, including the fonts, are served from the nemik.io domain itself: the website makes no requests to third-party services.
To remember your preferences, the website stores two items in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). They contain no name, email address, IP address or identifier of any kind:

Both are strictly necessary to provide what you ask for (your chosen language and respect for your choice), which is why they cannot be switched off in the panel.
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data, such as the IP address, to serve and protect the pages. When you open nemik.io without a language in the address, the page may check the approximate country that Cloudflare already knows from the connection, only to suggest a language if your browser does not ask for one of the available ones. This information is not stored.
Consent categories
- Necessary (always on): the storage described above.
- Analytics: measurement of visits, navigation, events and usage performance. No tool is installed.
- Experience and heatmaps: heatmaps, session recordings and interaction analysis, with sensitive fields masked. No tool is installed.
- Marketing: advertising or campaign measurement technologies. No tool is installed.
Optional categories are off by default. Closing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse does not count as acceptance.
How to change or withdraw your choice
Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to open the preferences panel. From there you can accept, reject or choose categories at any time. Withdrawing a category stops the services linked to it from loading.
You can also delete the data the website stores from your browser settings (using the option to clear site data or browsing history for nemik.io). If you do, the website will ask you again.
If optional services are added in the future
Before any optional tool is switched on, we will update this page with, for each tool: the provider, the purpose, the category, the data it processes, the cookies or storage it uses and how long they last, and whether there are international transfers. If the purposes change, we will ask for your consent again.
